Arrogant
Many candidates think that the HRD was not directly related to their superiors. But the companies that employ HR professionals in their own field of expertise. Being cocky and arrogant on HRD manager will not help you get a job.
Thinking cliche
If you think you have mastered and memorized all the answers and well behaved on HRD manager during the interview, little chance you’ll get away from the interview.
Answer artificial and boring speech that you are not able to think quickly and critically. Of course, they will ask questions that confuse and make you answer honestly and spontaneously.
Lack of confidence
